1. 14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day full refund guarantee on all purchases. If you're not satisfied with faceless.studio for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date — no questions asked.

All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued in full to the original payment method via Paddle.

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the order details from your Paddle receipt, or email us directly at support@facelesstudio.org from the email address on your account. We aim to reply within 2 business days (NZ time). Approved refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

3. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access and your remaining credits until the end of the paid period.

4. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights as a consumer under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any equivalent consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
