Terms of Service

1. Who you're contracting with

faceless.studio is owned and operated by Alper Dindar, trading as Faceless Studio, a sole-trader business based in New Zealand (the "Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you ("you", "the user") agree to these Terms. For any questions, contact us at support@facelesstudio.org.

Merchant of Record: All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection, fraud prevention, and chargebacks for all transactions.

2. Eligibility & account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. The Service

faceless.studio generates short-form video scripts and related content using third-party AI models. Output is delivered "as is" — we do not guarantee that any specific script will go viral, drive views, or earn revenue on TikTok or any other platform.

4. Credits, plans & billing

• The Service uses a credit-based system. Each generation action consumes credits.
• One-time credit packs do not expire while your account is active.
• Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account.
• Daily bonus credits are granted only while a paid subscription is active.
• Prices and credit costs may change with at least 14 days' notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or that incites violence or hatred.
• Impersonate real individuals without consent.
• Reverse-engineer the prompts, model outputs, or attempt to extract our system instructions.
• Resell raw access to the Service or share a single account between multiple people.
• Submit content you do not have the right to use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

6. Intellectual property

• Your content: You retain ownership of the raw stories you submit.
• Generated output: To the extent possible under law, you own the scripts the Service generates for you and can use them commercially.
• Our software, brand, and prompts: remain our exclusive property.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, if your payments fail, or to comply with a legal requirement. You may terminate your account at any time from the account settings page.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law. AI output may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for your use case — you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses including lost profits, lost views, or loss of platform monetisation eligibility.

10. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute will be heard exclusively in the courts of New Zealand, unless a mandatory consumer-law jurisdiction applies to you.
